Since 2003, William J. Carabano has led Project Management efforts for a multitude of organizations, ranging from GSIB (Globally systemically important banks) to boutique-sized businesses.

Prior to founding AhUno Corporation, William’s consulting career included driving numerous national and international Identity & Access Management projects under notable organizations like United Technologies and Bank of New York Mellon.

Additionally, he spent two years in Identity & Access Management as a MorganFranklin Consultant at Otis Elevator Company and two years in Threat Management & Intelligence as the Brand Intelligence Lead at Merrill Lynch.

His small business experience includes managing US and Romanian-based teams to perform scores of web, graphic, and app design projects.

Notable past clients included ineedMD.com, Syms Department Store, and the American Psychological Association’s International Psychology Division 52 website. 70% of generated business came from existing client referrals.

William specializes in his people skills; able to run meetings, and develop content, in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. His work at Otis Elevator involved IAM Business Analyst and IAM Project Management work across 78 countries. His stint at Forescout Technologies had him driving efforts in five Latin American countries, including Brazil.

He attributes his cross-cultural sensitivity to growing up in Brooklyn, New York. Additionally, he attended a high school that had 68 countries represented at that time.
