AhUno Corp (“AhUno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit ahuno.com (the “Site”) or otherwise engage with our services. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, including Nevada Revised Statutes (“NRS”) Chapter 603A.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, consistent with NRS 603A.210. In the event of a breach of security of the system data, we will provide notification to affected Nevada residents in accordance with NRS 603A.220.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
