Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the State of Nevada to use the Site.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AhUno grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the “AhUno Corp” mark, design elements, and code, is the property of AhUno Corp or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. No rights are granted other than the limited license above.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful or fraudulent content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. AhUno does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AHUNO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEVADA LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AHUNO CORP, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. AHUNO’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AhUno Corp and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

AhUno may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in Clark County, Nevada in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AhUno Corp regarding the Site.
